It is understood* that all of the unknighted delegates will be treated alike, and that the following have accepted the honor of K.C.M.G. : — Messrs Downer, Thornbury and Uppington. Mr Wisdom has been offered a similar honor, but has not decided to accept it. It is rumored that knighthoods will be offered to Mr Lorimer and Mr J. Hoffmeyer (Capetown). The Imperial Conference was yesterday engaged m discussing South African affairs.
