RAILWAY MANAGEMENT
\ Wellington. April 7. The Minister for Public Works hßs prepared a draft Bill for a Railway Board on different lines from that bubtnitted two sessions ago, but the Cabinet has not oonBidored it yet. Mr Piohardaon will probably devote most of his address to his constituents to railway management, and particularly this question of a Board.
