(Reoeived Maroh 7, 11 10 a.m ") THE RUSTCHUK RISING. Sofia, March 6. Among those sentenced to death for participation m the recent rising at Rustchuk are Col. Tieoff, Major Ouzounoff, and a Russian civilian named Bolmann. The European Consuls at Rustchuk have recommended that an appeal for mercy on their behalf be made to the Regents at Sofia. <
