THE REVOLT IN SILISTRIA.
Sofia, March 5. The trial of ringleaders m the revolt at Rustchuk concluded to-day. Nine were sentenced to death, and many others condemned to penal servitude. St Petersbubg, Maroh 5. The official " Messenger," m an article to-day, justifies the conspiracy at Silislria, declaring that the revolt was a fresh proof of the abnormal condition of affairs m Bulgaria. Nevertheless the Russian Government, it states, are hoping that the "right of the Bulgarian people be secured, and will adhere to their previous course m regard to the Balkan Peninsula.
