Bomb, February 23 The earthquake which was experienced this morning at Cannes and Nice extended through Northern Italy, doing an immense amount of damage m the Riviera, where hundreds of persons are reported to have been killed.
Paris, February 23,
A few casualties are reported to have occurred at Nice from the shocks of earthquake which were experienced this morning. (Reotlred February 25, 12.50 p.m)
Bomb, February 24.
The earthquake experienced yesterday m northern Italy has proved to have been an immense disaster to the town of Dianorina. Several villages were almost completely destroyed."^ is estimated that fully fifteen hundred lives bave been lost.
