AUSTRIAN ARMAMENT.
London. February 21, The Austrian Reichsrath has voted 12,000,000 florins to equip the Landwehr and Landslurm. The latter are voluntary levies, made at the time ot war. Military councils are being held daily. M. Tisza, the President of the Hungarian Council, has announced that the object of the armament is to prevent, not to provoke, war.
