Negotiations between the Porte and members the Bulgarian deputation are still proceeding here, The deputation had an interview to-day with the German Ambassador, at which De Radowitz informed the members that if negotitions failed to bring about a settlement of the Bulgarian difficulty Russia would occupy Bulgaria, and Germany and Austria would assent to such step.
