Auojlujtd, Febuary U. The Tongan Government schoener Saodfly called at Russell on Saturday, m r*uU fcr Auckland. She reports that af airs are quieter at Tonga, and that Kiss Baktr and Mr Baker jun., are Hoovering from their wounds. A full legal investigation into the outrage has taken pace. Auoilakd, Febuary 16. The Tonga schooner, Sandfly, 1b still at Rmsell, being unable to leave beenuae of the easterly gale News was telegraphed from Knssell that three thousand natives had massed at M kuahoay, and the situation w»s regarded a« ssrious when the q and£y laft. It is surmised that the schooner brought despatches from »h« Premier of Ting* to Rear- Admiral Tryon, whioh will be sent ashore at Ruuell to be snt by post or. telegraph to Anokland. The natives will be tried by King George In prrmn.
