London, January 25. The Daily Ncivs reiterates its statement that the Imperial Government has apprehensions that war is imminent.
The statement published by the Daily News that Germany will shortly demand from France an explanation of the massing of troops on the frontier is officially denied both m Paris and Berlin.

The Government has issued a decree forbidding the export of horses from Germany.
