Sib,— A "Burgess's" remarks area wilful misstatement of facts. I ehalleage him to prove that any larrikins have been present when bathing has been going on. The bathing has been done early m the morning, and the bothers have all been decently dressed In bathing drawers, or old suits put on for the occasion, and . no improprieties whatever have taken plaoe. Previous to the oleansing of the lagoon by the unemployed there was no question as to therlght of bathing m the Domain during the esrly houn of the day. Why should a stop be put to it now, so long as the bathers oondqot themselves m as quiet and decent a manner as I can vouch the bathers during the last few mornings have done.
