The conference of Liberal leaders to discuss the Irish question met again to-day, when it was decided to adjourn until the assembling of Parliament. It is understood that thus far no result has been attained by tbe conference. London. January 15. A letter of Lord Randolph Churchill is published, m he insists on the necessity of economy m the public expenses, and expressed his willingness to co-operate with any party m effecting this. Mr Gladstone has written, expressing his approval of Lord R. Churchill's letter.
