Hd is now charged, In con junction with Mrs Bo worn, and one Isabella vVUson, wi'h attempting to procure the miscarriage of one Annie Conndley. Ye:tarday afternoon Isabella Wilson, who h a sister of Mra Bosvecn, was arrost^d on a charge ol complicity m the above case. [By Telegraph .1 Ohbistchukch, January 13. Dr Russell, Mrs Bowern, and her slater were further remand fxl till to-morrow on a oharge of procurj/g abortion.
