His Honor discharged the prisoner, after whioh he ordered B teotlve Hughes' prosecuting bond of £200 to be estreated. MendelB'lhu, pawnbroker, and the girl Helei Flow, who were summoned as witnesses, would have to pay a fino of £100 eich for absenting themselves. The Court then »dj >urned. Detective Hughes states that hj was under the impression the prisoner was m the Gaol Hospital, and would not be ablo to appear to-day. He accordingly told witnesses to be m attendance to morrow. The Grand Jury returned true bills against Oaffrey and Perm for murder, and Gibbons for arson.
