The Bulgarian deputation had an interview with Earl Iddeslcigh yesterday, the meeting being of a most cordial character. They stated that the Bulgarian Government had declined to accept Prince Nicholas, of Mingrelia, as their ruler, his claims to the throne being unacceptable to the Bulgarian people, who were in favor of the Duke of Oldenberg succeeding Prince Alexander. Earl Iddesleigh promissed to do the utmost in his power to favor the views of the deputation, which should be compatible with the existing treaties. ESCAPED. Hiisoow. December 30. Ti.e rebel chief who was defeated by the British force under General Lowe, has fled to the mountains, where pursuit is hopeless.
