Yibska, December 14. The Bulgarian deputation, which is still in this city, waited on Prince Ferdinand of Saxe Coburg yesterday and offered him the crown of Bulgaria. Prince Ferdinand stated that before giving a reply to the deputation he would consult the Emperor Francis Joseph. He, however, expressed a belief that both the Emperor of Austria and the Czar of Russia would approve Kis accepting the throne.
