THE EASTERN CRISIS.

The Bulgarian deputation, which is now on a tour to the Courts of Europe, for the purpose of explaining the position of affairs in Bulgaria, had an audience with Count Kainoky to-day. The Premier stated that his recent declarations with regard to Bulgarian questions were the unalterable basis of the Austrian policy. He counselled moderation on the part of the Bulgarian people. The Russian Government has withdrawn its objection to validating the election of the Bulgarian Sobrange, but insists that there shall be a change in the members of the Regency. Si Petersburg, December 10. A denial has been issued of the report recently current that Prince Lobanoff would replace M. de Giers as Minister for Foreign Affairs,
