A meeting of the unemployed, attended by over 100, was held this morning A Socialistic harangue was delivered by the agitator Garrard, advising the unemployed to join the volunteer force and gat 'idea and ammunition. A Committee has been appointed to wait on the Mayor and ask him to telegraph to the Government requestin'/ public works to he provided. The meeting adjourned till Monday next
