Chkistchuech, November 19. Sir Jnliua Vogel has received a telefrom from the Agont-fl-neral, conveying the following information;—‘“The position of the Imperid Institute has suddenly changed. The Prince of Wales has now decided that there shall be no re-oponing in June next, and that the new c iinm'ttee cannot receive exhibits. [ am, therefore. making temporary arrangements uulil I receive instructions I post, by mail to-day ail the Information necessary to enable the Qovernm nt to come to a decision.
