No entry will be received except under the following eruditions—Th .t all disputes, claims, and objections arising oht of the racing shall be dec ded by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint; their decision on all points connected with the carrying oat of this programme to be final. 2. C.J.C. New Rules will be in force. 8, The Races ore' open to any horse commonly resident in the district from the Ist of October to the date of meeting, and owned by a person who has resided in the district during the same period, 4. The district above mentioned is bounded on the north by the Selwyn River and on the south by the Orari. 6. Five per cent, will he deducted from the gross of all moneys payable in accordance with this programme for expenses of the course. 6. All nominations and acceptances go to the funds of the Club.
