HORSE MARKET.

Mr T. Bollock reports for the week ending Saturday, October 30. There was a moderate attendance o£ farmers and other settlers. 24 bores were entered for the day’s sale, a large proportion 0! which were of a light and inferior description, and for the few medium draughts entered biddings were extremely languid, in fact, it was difficult to effect sales. Only 9 out of the total day’s entry were sold as follows, viz:—Light harness horses of a fairly good stamp £9 10s to £ll 15s ; inferior, £3 15a to £5 ; hacks, £4 to £6 10s, according to description.
