The tracks were again in good order this morning and a large number of spectators were on the ground to witness work. Kelson and Waitiri did two miles in company, finishing fast, tha mare holding her own in a capital gallop Derringer did long slow work on the grass moving well. Tasman covered two and half miles in good style and satisfactory time, the first round was sweated and required driving along St. Ives and St Swlthin were cantered on the tan and practised starting, bat neither of the Southern horses are in favor. Torrent and Disowned did a couple of m lea at at half pace moving strongly and polling all the way. Itepo and Alpine Rose were sweated on the plough, the Derby colt being the better mover Pr?ha did Jong ■low work on the tan and is improving. Chantilly and Fair Nell covered iwo m’les In fair form, and Ar'i’lery did useful three miles on the grass, moving wtl'. Moana was sweated and afterwards moved a trifla short. Loohiel did two miles In good style, and Formo spurted on tte grass, going very wel. Forester went two and a half miles at useful pace. Patricia”|appeared tojbave the best of Cremorne in a fast two miles.
