A SECOND HONEYMOON.
Biddeford (Me) Times A Sago man who was addicted to strong drink had worn his wife’s patience entirely oat, and the much-abused woman finally decided to apply for a divorce. Her husband, who could but acquiesce in the justice of the decision, and perhaps wishtng to begin his ca*eer as a single man with a ; enutation for amiability, hired a team to carry her to Alfred and hunted op a friend to give the needy testimony to his bsd charac r or as a husband. The divorce was deciesd, and with the bill in her pocket the lady came down the stairs to meet her ex-husband, who had waited on the doorstoop so as to improve the first opportunity to t«-y to again pop the question. So much devotion won the lady’s heart, and she at o* ca agreed to the proposal to try it again. All this happened half a dczen years aso, and the pair are yet enjoying ths felicity of their second honeymoon
