An interview has taken place between M. , ; Starnbouloff President of the Council of Regency and Gadban Effendi, the Turkish envoy, at which it was decided not to postpone the meeting of the Sobrange. M. Stambouloff warned Gadban Effendi that the days of the Ottoman empire would be numbered if Russia were permitted to enter Bulgaria.
