Loudon, October 19 England in conjunction with other Great Powers has assured the Russian Government they do not favor the return of Prince Alexander to Bulgaria, nor approve of his re-election to the throne of that country.

Gadban Effendi, the Turkish special envoy, has arrived here with the object of bringing about a reconciliation between Bulgaria and Russia. It is understood he supports the demands of the Russian Government in connection with the future government of this country.
