lu answer to another letter from the Woolgrowers Association, Sir J. Vogel writes that with a view of obtaining reciprocal concessions between the United States and the colonies in reference to the duties on wool and kerosene, the Government should act either through the British Ambassador, or better, obtain authority from the Q teen to negotiate directly with the Uni ed States by means of delegates.
