THE ADDRESS-IN-REPLY.

The Utbate. [rKDTBR's TELEGRAMS COPYRIGHT.] London, August 25. The debate on the Address-in-Reply was resumed on the House of Commons to-day. Mr Parnell proposed a motion requiring the suspension of evictions in Ireland during winter months. In his speech he warned the Government that its policy would lead to disorder and ultimately to the necessity for coercion in Ireland. Mr Gladstone criticised the policy of the Government, which he characterised as dilatory and futile. The debate stands further adjourned.
