Dispersion of Commission,

London, August 25. In the Commons last night Sir James Ferguson, Under Secretary for Foreign Affairs, in reply to a question, s ated that the English and Russian Governments had agreed to the dispersion of the Afghan Frontier Commission. The two Governments had arranged for a Settlement by direct negotiations of the question of delimitation of tfye frontier.
