The Timarn Herald, of this morning, lesrns that on Satuiday two fresh Informations were 1. id against Thomas Hall, one of the prisoners now in custody on a charge of having attempted the murder of Mrs Catharine Hall. The informations have been laid by Mr Gilbert LaingMeaaon, partner with the said Thomas Hall, and were sworn before J S. Bsswlck, Esq., Resident Magistrate, on Saturday last. One of the Informations charges Thomas Hall for that he did on the Bth of December, 1885, at Timarn, feloniously, with intent to defraud, forge a certain transfer of mortgage purportin > to be a transfer from one Michael MlUou to Thomas Hall and Gilbert Laicg-Meason and to have been signed by M. Mitton, and the other information charges Hall for that he did on the IGth July, 1886, at Timarn, feloniously, with intent to dt fr tad, forge acertuii promissory note for the payment of £225. Evidence on these charges was to hare been taken at the Resident Magistrate’s Court this morning. It is said that the police on searching Bali’s premises in North street on Saturday found in a corner of the attic -jI top storey of the house a full ill of the beat keros n! ; a large quantity of rag', and some small pieces of limber.
