The Murderers [Supposed,to be in Victoria[REUTEß’S TELEGRAMS—COPYRIGHT ] Melbourne, Aucust 15. It is believed that Caffrey, the Barrier Island murderer, has been seen in Gippsland. The police are now engaged in searching the district.
