Me Michael McAvey,—Mr Crisp for bankn pt—His Honor pointed oat that the Act had not been complied with, inasmuch as the certificate of the Assignee did not state that the whole of the estate had been realised for the benefit of the creditors,—Mr Crisp submitted that the creditors in the estate offered no opposition —The bankrupt, Michael McAvef, was put in the box and sworn. He was examined at some length as to the items in his statement of assets and liabilities. —His Honor said he could not understand why the bankrnpt had filed in view of his statement that most of the debts ware Incurred eight years ago —The bankrnpt was understood to say that there were judgment summonses cut against him* and he had spent *■ six months in chokoy" on one.—His Honor said that seeing there was no opposition he would grant the order.—Order of discharge granted. Be James Bruce.—Order to fix a day for hearing an application for order of discharge. Mr Purnell for bankrupt Next Court day was fixed as that tin which the bankrupt should make application for his order of discharge. Me Adam Jackson.— Application for order of discharge. Mr Caygill, for Mr Cuthbertsou, for the bankrupt,— Case adjourned for a month. , • OBDER FOR COSTS. He John Cojjtts.—Mr Crisp moved for an order granting costs.—Motion granted. The Court then rose.
