Fire. Mnj >r Wood’s house and school at Tah ka, RololU, were burned to the ground this morning at 6 o’clock. The Major has lost everything, including many medals which he had gained for valour during his military career in China, Crimea, Bormah, etc. More Native Trouble. Sergeant Pratt and six constables have gone out to-day to the scene of the Maori ploughing at Mangere about twelve miles from the city. Tbe arrest of the Natives is expected.
