TO THS EDITOR Sir, —Permi- us to point out to yon a mistake, which appeared in your paper on Saturday, 24th instant, in your Wellington telegrams, via., Holliater v Accident Insurance Company of New Zealand, the Company In question being the Accident Assoc stion of Now Z aland, and not the New Zealand Accident Insurance Company. By inserting this you will oblige, as it is apt to do oar Company an injustice if allowed to go unconlradictedYours, etc.,

The manager of that institution might have had the common courtesy to correct his blunder.
