[Before Mr H. (J. S. Paddeloy, R.M.] CIVIL CASES. Lemon v M. Friedlandor, claim £lo. Mr Oaygill for plaintiff, Mr Purnell for defendant The sum of £3 had been paid into Court and a setoff of £1 was admitted, redncIng the eum in dispute t> £G. The claim was one for sheep feed. The plaintiff gave particulars of his claim and was crossexamined with reference thereto at conSamuel Cox also gave evidence. —For the defence M. Friodlander was called, and counsel on both sides having addressed the Court, judgment was given for £1 without fiosts. T. E. Mcßae v Kcily, claim £2 12s 2d. for goods alleged to have been supplied six years ago.—Mr Crisp for defendant.— The case was not proved, and the plaintiff was nonsuited without any defence being called. The Court then rose.
