A resolution was passed urging the Insurance Company to reconsider the decision in his case, aud pointing out that Mcßae twice saved his house from dost rudi >n by fire on the eventful night, whereas he might have obtained the insurance by Jotting the house burn. Copies of the resolutions were forwarded to the Company and to all Victuallers' Associations in the colony.
