At the wool sales to-day, a catalogue of 14,000 bales was submitted. Prices throughout were firmly maintained, Sydney, Riverina and Adelaide scoured and greasy wools were in good deraan at an advance of -d to 3d per ib greasy wool, fair to inferior qualities/ 3d to |d higher, short Sydneys aid Port Philip wools advanced ad to 2;jd per lb. New Zealand wools ranged about 1 >3"d above the prices obtained at the last sales. Fine cross-bredo about xd higher.
