[redtbr’s telegrams - copyright.l London, June 23 In a letter to the papers supporting Mr Caine for Barrow-in-Burness in the general election, Mr John Bright expresses a conviction that “ conscience” candidates are preferable to one who gives abject submission to Mr Gladstone and his policy.
