The House resumed at 7 30 p.m, PACIUC ISLIND3 DEBATE. The Pacific Islands debate was adjourned until Priday evening. * GOVERNMENT LOANS TO LOCAL BODIES. The Government Loans to Looil Bodies Bill was read a second time. JUSTICES OF THE PEACE BILL. The Justices of the Peace Amendment Bill was further considered in Committee. Sir G. Grey’s clause, marking justices elective, on being put, was lost by 38 to 18. The Bill was ordered to be reported. THE COUNTIES B’LL. The Counties Bill wee further considered in Committee. The House adjourned at 1.15 a.m
