Both Bulgaria and Servia have invoked the aid of the European Powers with a vipw to effecting a settlement of hostilities between the two countries, and the Powers have appointed Commissioners to demarcate a zone dividing their territories, and to arrange a four " weeks’ armistice. Despite this, however, King Milan reports officially to the Powers that the Bulgarian tspops made an attack on the Servian outposts yesterday. He further states that after severe fighting the Servians dislodged the Bulgarians from their positions, killing and bounding many of their number. London, December 12. The Times this morning states that : Russia, Austria, and Germany have agreed to abandon the demand recently formulated by them for the restoration of the status quo ante in the Balkan Beoatflola, Irish autonomy.
