WAR OR NO WAR?—It gives me reel pleasure, without mixture, without measure, to thank my many customers once more at this recurring season, and with both rhyme and reason for laying out their money at my store. And, whilst there’s no denying, the times are rather trying, that trade is dull and money scarce enough. I’m proud to have to say, that my friends buy every day, without the aid of advertising puff Ido not say 1 slaughter, as indeed 1 did’nt onghter, and below the cost 1 don’t profess to sell. But in fair play none can beat me, I give them leave to eat me, who do not think I serve them very well. Now, as might be expected, my stock is well selected, while great variety of goods 1 have in store. The teas so ably blended, can be well recommended, as has been often advertised before. Nelson, Moate and Oo are showing, how the public taste is growing for really pure and nicely blended teas. And those who hove not tried them, should let self interest guide them, and buy of me the thing that’s sure to please.
