STREET CORNERS.
To the Editor. Pir, —Having occasion to frequently pass ud and down East street, I have often been annoyed by the bad language used by a number of men who congregate at the spot known as Montgomery’s Corner. Attention has been called to the nuisance on previous occasions in your columns, but apparently with little good results. A word to the wise is sufficient; will those concerned kindly take the hint, and so save themselves the disgrace and others the annoyance complained of, otherwise T. with others, will hava to take steps to abate this nuisance as provided for by the Police Offences Act.
