, Nelson, Last Night. The inquiry aa to the wreck of the brigantine Helena waa concluded this evening, when the judgment of the Oourt, which was composed of Air O. Curtis, R.M., and Captains Webb, Bowen, and Palmer, was delivered. he Oourt found that the loss of the vessel was caused by a serious error of judgment on the part of the captain by shaping his course too far to the southward, and that he is further to blame for not having taken more active steps to save his vessel after the accident occurred. Captain Henry doiyden’s certificate waa suspended for three moot C, and he was ordered to pay I the costs of the inquiry.
