The markets for colonial breadstuff's and tallow are without quotable change. The total quantity of wheat afloat for the United Kingdom is 1,950,000 quarters, an increase of 50,000 during the week. The Mails. The homeward mails via Naples per Orient R.M.S. Garonne, from Melbourne (Nov. 15) were delivered today.
Spanish-African Society. The Spanish-African Society has acquired 15 square miles on the coast of the Gulf of Guinea. The territory extends some distance inland from a point opposite Korisko.
Egyptian Affairs. It is understood that the European Powers have shelved the. proposal recently submitted by the English Cabinet for the settlement of the affahs o£ Egypt.
