A fire occurred in the parcels office, Windsor, last night, and after it had been extinguished an infernal machine was discovered among the debris. On -examining the machine it was found that the fuse attached, instead of causing an explosion, had ignited the box in which it was contained, and set fire to the office. Arrived.
