Parsons, Kaiapoi; Mr A. E. Peache, Mount Somers, Ashburton ; Mr A. C. Preston, Lincoln ; Mr W. T, E. Scrimgt-our, Hekaleratnea, Waimate; Mr J. H. Townend, Christchurch ; Mr Donald Williamson, Ashburton ; Mr J. Wilson, Fairlie Creek, Geraldine. Promotion. Dunedin, To-day. Warden Strong, of the Dunedin Gaol, has been promoted to the Inspectorship of Works in the Lyttelton Gaol.
