Additional cases of smallpox have occurred here. An Appeal Case. In th e Banco Court to-day judgment in favor of plaintiff was delivered in the appeal case of A: G. Taylor, the member for Mudgee, v Hon Edmund Barton, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly.
