The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (Limited) held their usual weekly wool sale today, when a catalogue comprising 4,300 bales was submitted. There was as usual a large' attendance of buyers, and the competition for all lots was keen, r the market being very firm at late prices. Scoured wools were in active demand, and 3,000 bales were sold at satisfactory prices. A Blue Bihbon Mission. Sydney, Yesterday. Booth, the founder of the Blue Ribbon Army, contemplates making a three months’ tour of New Zealand, commencing at Auckland in January next. The Bon Francisco Mail.
