RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. No entry will be received except on the condition that all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint; their decision on all points in carrying out the pro.* gramme to be final. 2. Canterbury Jockey Club Racing Rules strictly adhered to. 3. A district horse shall mean any horse whose owner baa resided in the Mount Hutt or South Rskaia Road Board districts, or Alford Forest as fat as Bowyer’s Stream, hence along Thompson’s Track to Mitcaam for three months immediately preceding the races, and has been their bond fide property during that time. 4. Five per cent will be deducted from the gross of all monies payable in accordance with this programme for expenses of the course. 5. All nominations and acceptances go to the funds of the Club.
