[PBR PKBBH ASSOCIATION', j| A Coming Circus. VVahgandi, To-day. A telegram hasbeen received here that Woodyear’s circus leaves Sydney on the 13tb, and opens at Taranaki about the 22nd instant. Scratched. Totara, late Parnell, has been stratched for the Maiden Plate. Railway Communication Stopped. The railway line is swamped in several places between here and Xurakina, and communication is stopped. A Missing Vessel. The fishing smack Martha, with two iren, went out last night and has not since been seen. Rumors are current that the boat is now on the beach, but nothing definite is known. The West Coast Railway. liMARtr, To-day. The Timaru Political Reform Association last night passed unanimously resolutions denouncing the East and West Coast Middle Island Railway Bill, aa allowing the alienation of large areas for speculative purposes. They intend calling a monster public meeting for the purpose of protesting against the Governor’s assent being given to the measure
