In the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876, the several Acte amending the same and of the bankruptcy of JOHN LOUDON, GAVIN LOUDON and WILLIAM LOUDON, all of Kyle, in the Provincial , District of Canterbury, and colony of New Zealand, and carrying on business there together in partnership as farmers under the style and firm of “ Loudon Brothers,” debtors.
