The explosion which occurred on the underground railway is believed to have - been caused by dynamite at the hands -of Fenian emissaries. An anti-Irish League disturbance took place to-day at Londonderry, Ireland/ The announcement having b&en'-miide that a Nationalist meeting would be held in the Town Hall there this evening, a large body of Orangemen proceeded to the building and .took-forcible possession of the hall. The meeting of Nationalists was consequently put off. V , The French Ministry. Pams, Nov. 1. - It is announced that M. Ferry, President of Council of Ministers, will shortly assume the position of Minister for Foreign Affairs, Challemel Lacour residing that portfolio.
